- Added "Scrap Metal Bits" and rebalanced around them.

- Changed scrap metal weight to 10% of its original since it represents one bullet's worth (and if you use the recycling mod it also represents about one ring's worth of metal).

- Fixed hiding the vanilla "Gather Gunpowder" recipe, turns out Obsolete:true doesn't work on it for some reason.

- Reduced ammo crafting/scrapping time from 100 to 15 per bullet.

- Overhauled entire ammocrafting and ammo scrapping recipe sets/balance.
- Changed base game Gunpowder item to hold 1000 units instead of 10 (related to above).
- Fixed bug where magazine crafting granted no metalworking XP.
- Crafting/scrapping ammo now gives 1 reloading XP (as opposed to none).
