Removed Clone Cop PM, too busted to work with, id rather wait till someone more well versed in the 7 circles of source modding hell to do a clone cop PM

Fixed, disabled clone cop pm because am currently trying to resolve a issue on the basis the model having no parent bone for the pelvis, making player anims unuseable outside of basic anims, leading to some severe screwups for other animations.

Bad cop PM works fine though.

Added PMs, still use base combine hands, will be looking into porting the V_hands over and rigging them to the C_hands system.

Added support for Simple Bases EZ2s new weapons, the .357 can be used by both cops. same with the Shotgun.

Hopefully fixed Clone Cop joining the default combine squads, spamming errors in console as to him being hostile to his own squad.
