MokTech Industries - Armoury v2.0.4

- Fixed P1 Visors being missing from Arsenals
- Implemented Thermal ammo typing to the "Thermal" rounds in the Cyclone
- Reduced the reload time of the Cyclone
- Increased the amount of rounds in DP-23 slug mags from 8 to 20

NOTE: So many things were added and changed, its possible things were left out. This is as much as we as a team were able to remember to write down.

General
- Removed ALL dependances (except for CBA and ACE3), making all dependencies "Soft"
- All other star-sim mods have become optional. The mod description will detail all available optional mods.
- Removed all custom textures
- This includes all armours, helmets, backpacks, Facewear, NVGs and Vests

- Added all weapons that were removed from MokTech Industries - Core
- All weapons have been completely rewritten.
- Added all vehicles that were removed from MokTech Indsutries - Core
- All vehicles have been compeltely rewritten

Weapons
- Added Blue, Green, Orange, Red, and Yellow Bullets
- Added Blue, Green, Orange, Red, and Yellow MuzzleFlash
- Added new base magazine model
- Added new Stun round
- Added new Bullet Effects (Blue, Green, Orange, Red, and Yellow)
- Added new Stun muzzle
- Added new hit effects
- Added new base magazines, ammo, and muzzles
- Added weapon icons to quite a few weapons
- Moved over all weapons to armoury
- Created new recoils
