Added suspendium flechettes, a t0 vertical area control weapon.

Machine gun cost reduced by half.

Fixed swivel gun damage relying on wrong tech.

Medium jelly pump now applies to small machineries as well. Although small pump will not work on larger machineries.
Re-adjusted cost of using jelly. Maintenance is now increased per propulsion / lift modules.

Reworked armour values.
Fuselage is now the structural steel.

Rebalanced armour.
Steel received an increase in blast and pen resistance, as well as slightly higher HP.
Reinforced wood received increased weight.

Resprited inline engine to be linear with Vanilla + Cream

Slight edit to the sprites of all shell cannon turrets - removed the deck.
