Fixed a bug related to two panorama images showing up when a black ark is docked.

Added feature: When accessing the building panel of hordes a panorama image will show up in the background similar to normal settlements.

Know bug added: When going from the building panel to the unit panel of a horde character, the panorama image will persists in the background
