Added more mod compatability by adding the welding goggles to all recipes that contain a WeldingMask and not the Goggles. This is not necessary for vanilla since they use a tag for the WeldingMask, but it is necessary for mods that have hardcoded it.

Fixed using Welding Goggles for crafting metalworking objects in the world i.e. Metal Crate.
