updated to make IO Toolbox also hide in containers with tag "toxcontainer" or "medcontainer".

added unique sprite for IO Toolbox (drawn by a friend of mine).
added support for Liquid Oxygenite.
added new item "Safe Storage Crate" for transporting materials between subs manually.
made the IO Toolbox float in water.
added anti-griefer measure: to show this box on the sonar if it's not contained in a locker, to prevent griefers from dropping them into the sea without being noticed
