FEATURES:
-new boss
-some new effects on the axe parry
-added strung up boss fights in the ministages
-added enchanted borders to the weapon wheel

-updated enchanted tool outline + fixed bug where non-enchanted weapons had the outline
-propkills now make enemies drop bronze coins on death
-bolted enemy in the propkill room down to the floor in the tutorial
-nerfed gunner and sniper
-fixed bug which caused enemies to spawn underneath the player

-fixed bug where ball beverage wouldnt display on hud
-fixed bug where potion effects would get wiped on 3A/3B instead of Safe Haven I
-fixed bug where elven crossbow turret text would remain even if they were destroyed + added some glowy bits onto them
-fixed bug where out of bounds region was too high
