-Added 2 more jackets (with hanging FBI ID) and 1 shirt (with hanging FBI ID).*ID only hangs if you don't wear Bullet Vest as it's just a texture*
-Added those new 3 clothes to the FBI vehicles Loot table.
-Added Hazmat suit spawn chance to the Hazmat Response Team vehicle.
-Zombies wear the 3 new clothes.
-Added english translation to all vehicle names,so no more 86econolinervEmergencylg etc.

-Added proper radios to the vehicles, all heavy vehicles like the command centers got de Military Ham radio, small ones got Premium Tech Ham radio.
