Fixed a texture issue in the Upper Layer Station's buildrooms. Also tried to darken one rooms lights, and up the other two.

Amended some textures
Turned a few bits of brushwork into models
Adjusted visual optimisation slightly
Top layer has unfortunately had its highway removed. It is now a road-accessible flatgrass layer for convenience. Why? Because it was causing problems.
