+Fix wep holdtypes in a couple spots

Small tweaks

Make round timer display hours
Improve readability in some spots

Improve the npc spawning algorithm further
Zambie horde mode really exposed the problems with it
It now slows itself down if the session is lagging
And now spreads out horde spawns a bit more

Make use of new default modifying system

Allow default modifier as a spawnset variable
Eg "default*0.25" "default*2"
