Minor visual changes and new airplane flies overhead

The gate where the airboat was should work now and should look sort of more pre-warish; doors that should've been able to close, close now.

Made the map feel more pre-war by cleaning up some more textures, fixing some railings, deleting a remaining Combine device, and fixed a ladder.
