Changed airlock logic. Pumps have sgn-check components. External decoration.

Removed upper aft coilgun, having full gun coverage isn't good for a tier 1. Couldn't replace it with a hardpoint either as there was no room for a loader base. Adjusted price accordingly. Wired up the diving suit lockers. Added a status monitor. Hull adjustments. Modified the reactor stats.
