Swapped the Skin radio faction from Free Traders to Swampers. Since you don't see that faction in the UC and had a complaint about Skinners starting fights with them getting the entire org banned.

Reconfigured Dialogue package a bit due to complaints about radios going quiet as a base radio. Further testing required.

Hopefully that fixes it. At the very least, hiring as a direct bodyguard does work.
