The Radios have 2 guards with them at all times because they keep disappearing in transit.

Updated the Dialogue package. now the radios should not be silent when patrolling your base.

Changed the spawns of DJ Grandmastah's and Savant's "radios". Now tied to town overrides. Try and kill the DJs. If you can find them. Check the radio.
