Alright I was not able to get everything in that I said I would, (I am burned out from having to make 5 new police cars work properly)
But here is what is added!:

Kentucky State Police has a Kentucky License Plate
NYPD has New York Plates (Two as the New York Law requires)

Part 1 of the "Emergency Update" as I only had time to make 2 working police cars (Press F for the lights) and it's really late where I live right now.
They were going to be in the "Police" tab but for some reason it kept being in lowercase so I renamed it to emergency
Part 2 will have the rest tomorrow if not a day after

So yeah Part 1 has
-Black and White Police version
-White and Blue Police version

Part 2 will have
-NYPD version
-State Police for Michigan
-State Police for Kentucky
-Sheriff
-Fire Chief Car (2 versions, maybe more)
-and 2 new colors (boring ones though)

also my dumbass forgot to copy the the og description so I tried to revert updates but that didn't do crap.
the og desc is lost and I have to retype it by memory and the change notes are a mess.

Added 4 new colors and a variant.

Deep Red (Or Burgundy Red)
Bright Blue (Not light blue, this one is way more brighter)
Yellow (what it says on the tin)
Camouflage (spent some time giving it a camo look)
+Heavy Duty version for off-roading (light bars also casts light!)

Slightly modified the Black Mesa Jeep to have a New Mexico colored license plate. It made more sense that way.
The civilian versions still have their navy blue license plates (Michigan water-winter wonderland plate) and I'm not going to change those.

Fun fact both states don't require a plate on the front so that's why there's only one on the back

Oh and I updated the icon and some of the pics because they showed an error where the windows on one side are shorter, which I have fixed awhile ago

Fixed issue with lights falling off, they now stay on!
Also increased range the lights will light up

Added in the Black Mesa Security Jeep, it was a pain in the butt to figure out the light script, but it was for you guys! Special gift and 25 days of hard work!

Whoops!
Fixed an issue where the windows on the one side were shorter than the other. Embarrassing that I didn't notice before.
Also made the interior camera higher so if your driving in first person, you don't feel like a 11 year old trying to see over the wheel.
