THE BIG UPDATE WHERE I FIXED THINGS

Some things broke after I released this pack, so I've come back to fix them. Sorry for the wait.

BUGFIXES:
- Fixed missing muzzle flash for some of the weapons

CHANGES:
- Tweaked some of the viewmodels to be much closer to the original positions
- CS-like accuracy, so standing still or crouching will give you greater accuracy compared to running or jumping. However, these are still toned down to make the weapons not stupidly inaccurate
- Removed view recoil, as it was giving me a headache (I am sorry)
- All weapon files internally have had name changes to prevent confliction
- New spawnmenu categories for weapons, based off the CS 1.6/Source buy menu layout
- New spawn icons for the weapons
- New addon icon

- ACTUALLY fixed the muzzleflash bug; accidentally forgot to create an "add" and "precache" command for them.

- Fixed(?) an issue where the muzzle flash were not showing up.

Hopefully that problem has been resolved, but I will keep looking around for a fix if it persists.

- Cleaned up a few unused files that were accidentally left over during development.
- Tightened the maximum spread for pistols. Pistols incorrectly used a MaxSpread value of 1, when it should've been 0.5.
- Swapped pistol holdtypes from "Revolver" to "Pistol" to make them compatible with NPCs (Metrocops).

- Forgot to label the FN57's "Country of Origin" in the inspect menu. That has been fixed!
