Added a cargo waypoint to the primary box, so cargo seems to work now

Added cargo waypoints

I have updated the batteries to reduce their charge rate slowly as they charge. The new update slowed down reactor controllers, so having all the batteries stop charging at once caused fires. That's no longer a problem.

With the new class system, I have made it a tier 3 transport sub.

I have also fixed the in game name.
