- improved & advanced SC technology now actually does require first researching thrusters & sensors of the same tier
- Amoeba Flagella changed to have +25% damage vs armor, +33% damage vs hull, 35% evasion and 60 hull (old stats: 100% shield penetration, +50% vs armor, 50% evasion and 50 hull)

- reduced number of SC per hangar from 12 to 6
- increased accuracy of all SC to 100% to issue of incorrect displayed damage
- interceptor cooldown changed from 1 to 0.5 to match ship-mounted PD
- adjusted damage numbers accordingly to make the damage output the same it was before

This was done because the damage per day displayed for each hangar in the UI did not factor in accuracy and it wasn't clear whether it's a just display issue or if SC just always hit. Regardless, comparing the various hangars will now give you the proper information.

Accuracy has been increased to 100%, but damage was reduced in accordance with the old accuracy. I also chose to use the damage of an S weapon as a baseline instead of using half the damage of an S weapon in order to reduce rounding errors, which made it necessary to cut down on the number of SC per hangar.
