- Re-added the Sibyl decision for Greek characters with a capital in northern or central Italy.

- Fixed some bugs dealing with edge cases where the conversion decision could end up not being displayed.
- Better established geographical areas for each conversion event to avoid clutter/duplicates: now residing in northern and central Italy grants access to the Sibyl sanctuary, residing in southern Italy to the Beneventan witches and traveling to the Mani peninsula for characters living in the ERE lands. Also, the Sibyl is now restricted to Latin characters, the Mani peninsula to Eastern Roman characters; the witches decision is available to both Latin and Greek characters, as long their capital is located in the Kingdom of Sicily.
- The eccentric trait also enables conversion, like lunatic and possessed.
