- Radios no longer get removed by the mod, which avoids a bug when installing a new one

- decreased base chance to remove doors
- bug solved : headlights not lighting the way
- bug solved : secondary trunks such as tire compartments fom mods not displayed

- Added 5 sandbox checkbox options to disable removing parts, damaging parts, breaking locks, deflating tires, and decreasing battery charges.
- Tweaked chance multipliers for each type of vehicle part.
