Hello I did another Tulutle DE update, TBH I'm changing the moveset up a little bit so I'm probably going to reanimate some moves in the future.

It's been a while since I did anything with Tulutle, just mainly due to the fact to rethinking the moveset and having my animation style be different from when I originally started this [especially the amounts of layers on Aseprite which made not work on it as much] (Which is probably a long time ago)

I'm going to hopefully start working on her again, but maybe after Lief or if I get any spriting help in general.

But some things I did were,

Touched up Dtilt Animation
Removed Stats changes
Higher Initial dash
Probably something from the 6 months I didn't work on this character
