- Added a convar for better multiplayer control

- Added a convar for configuring the default sound used
- Added the ability to configure custom sounds much like custom colors

Note that this might not work 100% of the time, some NPC's will go out of their way to walk around portals and entities welded to vehicles might cause some weird behavior.
