First update in a while

* Fixed welding objects to the player after the Player Model update (thx to ImInTheDriveThruOfBurgerKing for pointing that out)
* Updated the model to look better

Fixed a bug that incorrectly set the welding radius to 0 when loading the config

- Ability to change the Welding Radius (this caused a major bug and will be added back when the bug is fixed)

+ Option menu. You can now set whether you want to see the information texts on the top of your screen, and you can set the radius in which objects should be welded together

Fixed:
* Tool can no longer be used while in a vehicle
* Settings for Teleport Mode and Removing Welds are now persistent between restarts
* The tool now uses the user settings for "Use Tool" instead of LMB

+ MMB freezes an object in place. Press MMB again to unfreeze
+ Teleport Welding mode (Toggle with X). LMB one object to mark it for welding, LMB a second object to teleport it to the first and weld them together

* Equipping the tool now shows the state of both "Grab to remove welds" and "Teleport Welding", as well as their associated keys
