Finished Chinese translations for a certain quest (thanks again to my translator)

Important quest fix (sorry)

Regular update
- Added new streaming integration events!
- Added a new shader for when you've had a bit too much Flummoxium
- Added a way to synthesize Concentrated Mana
- Fixed the drone spells' immunities not working properly
- Fixed a certain secret not appearing in Mystery Radar II's map
- Fixed(?) Lost Chests dropping a copy of themselves a bit too many times in a row
- Fixed some Immunity Aura inconsistencies
- Hopefully fixed perks spawned by Magic Skin being able to kill the player

More fixes and tweaks (I have no idea what's causing the translation errors, but maybe this fixes it)

Dummy lines in the translation files to hopefully fix stuff
