changed lower hatch area, added a lamp above the hatch and a lever that disables the motion sensor hatch that leads to the docking port to make moving goods or firing down easier.

Reduced both Engines output to 400 to represent their age and to also lower the max speed for more exciting gameplay.

This is still intended to be a fairly fast ship.

Reduced engine power in relation to the Holiday patch reduction in base Large Engine power by 75 each. Engine was above base due to previous values.
