changed up medbay and operations to be ugh, removed a bunk bed for more storage space and moved toxin cab down by the bed, medfab now has its own storage built in under it.

Redid medical to have an under fabricator storage to seperate it from the normal medical locker especially when using mods that need more medical space like NT

Removed secondary pumps in the ballasts, changed glass from 75 to 100 to match other exterior glass values on other submarines. drop shadowed some of the text around the submarine.

Fixed discharge coil circuit by adding 1 second delay

redid engineering bay to bring it inline with other submarines and be less cheaty, a few minor cosmetic changes to stuff like the ballast cable housings.

Changed the Large Cabinets with 4 sections to have 3 lockers instead, feedback suggested and playtesting showed the two smaller cabinets were more annoying than useful and made sorting harder.

Changed vents down from .800 to .900 sprite depth (they spawn .910 but hard code reset .900 ok whatever) made lamp for the engines show text correctly.

messed with a couple overly high items so they look better or items will go over them in other mods.
