Added Eden_PlasmaChargeEntropic to AdvC template.
- You can now craft and research the Entropic Plasma Charge
- Warp Drives now have much more range in lightyears
- Teleportation now has 10000 to 20000 lightyears of range
- guns were modified to be mostly stronger
- tougher armor and boosts
- Stronger and more potent turrets to help weaker pc's with performance problems in large scale fights
- Stronger shields. Bastion shield goes up to 500,000 Hitpoints
- bunch of other changes that result in less grinding
