2.3 - Balance Patch:
General:
-Fixed unmasking with ship mounts, they now have a peoper unmasking sides

Cadonia Class Frigate
BUFFS:
-Increased component damage resist (15%)
-Increased Max Speed (30m/s to 32m/s)
-Increased thruster force (200 to 300)
-Increased linear force (500 to 600)

NERFS:
-Decreased structural integrity (2000 to 1750)
-Increased mass (4500 to 5000)
-Redistributed signature, should be slightly more stealthy from the front and side, MUCH less stealthy from the top
-Decreased vision distance (5 to 3)
-Decreased radar range (-10%)

MISC:
-Repositioned large central compartment lower in the hull
-Secondary engines no longer contribute angular thrust as it was causing problems with the ship not pointing at the correct heading sometimes
-Reduced engine noise range by ~75%
-Reduced engine noise volume by ~50%
