Changed tail speed increase, rebalanced weapon damages, monster parts no longer breakdown, and have a sell value so its worth it to go out. Fixed health potion, made armor on some monsters breakable, changed armor value

Fixed the Ceadeus and Alatreon, Gave fatalis armor a neat effect.

Some new afflections (no new genes...yet) to be used with weapons
