- Updated for 2.2.0
- Removed a couple of Waagh units from Allied pool
- Switched over to CA's system of applying Unit Cap for off-faction units.

And we're finally done with the post 2.2 update! 900+ lines, and yet nothing really changes on the front end.

- T3 Outpost now allow all units regardless of host faction's recruitment limitations
- Temporary fix for Tomb King, Beastmen and Lizardmen Unit Cap issues
- Fixed a couple of overlooked units
