-G-Strike explosions no longer damage the owner (i never knew this was how its supposed to work)
-fixed Monkeybomb killing other players if the owner disconnects before it explodes
-fixed a few QED effects killing other players if the owner disconnects before it activates
(scavener explosion, panzer explosion, grenade drop)

-added Chinese translations of some strings (mostly weapon types and custom ammo types)

-KT4 charge shots now bounce off walls and ceilings

work is hell, might take a break from gmod for a bit
will still fix script errors as they pop up

(convar to disable if broken, cl_tfa_fx_wonderweapon_3p)
-the keeper sword and apothicon sword now use tfa_melee_base
