Changed WX78 from 1.1 to 0.95. Multiple survivors refer to WX78 as being small.

Changed Wormwood from 1.15 to 1.2.

Changed the name from Custom Character Sizes to Fitting Character Sizes (CLIENT).

Updated the default settings once again, made maxwell a bit bigger, wormwood a lot smaller, wx78 a bit smaller, willow a bit bigger.

Made the option range wider
It used to be from 0.5 to 1.5
Now it is from 0.0 (literally invisible) to 2.0.

Changes default settings once again. Makes small ones smaller, big ones bigger, so the changes are more obvious.
