- Removed the race requirement for the dialogue packages. Redundant anyway.

+ Added some generic dialogue, you should be able to talk to, but not milk or breed, pretty much any animal in your squad now.

~ Fixed the bonedog dialogue, should work now.

The Dog Update

~ Fixed some typos

~ Made it so you can retry breeding as many times as you want if it fails. (The repetition limit is now tied to the success, not the attempt at breeding)

+ Added ability to talk to and breed dogs. (No milking them)
