Update for Immortal Empires!

- Now works with Patch 2.0
- Reduced offense a little more, increased defense a little more, to make the difference between Cultist of Brass and Cultist of War more noticeable

Also, the vanilla Cultists of Khorne were changed in Immortal Empires. Therefore, the Brass Sisters have changed to match:

- Now grant the army Replenishment instead of movement (movement boost can now be gotten from Bloodreaper heroes)
