- disabled % chance to not consume ammo for tfa base weapons

Added mvm_disable_clip_size 0/1 as a temporary "fix" for tfa base unable to reload.

- removed 0 spam in console

- new upgrade, "More shots in a magazine"
for example a gun holding 10 shots would only consume ammunition every 2 shots.
- changed fonts to use tf2's fonts.
- hopefully fixed another error when rerolling

- fixed firing speed affected by canteen reallocation
- fixed mvm_currency_hud not affecting canteen hud
