Fixes and balance changes to explosives raiding

Wood T1 HP increased from 21k to 24.5k

That will require 1 satchel or 2 plastic explosive

Metal T2 wall HP increased from 10k to 29.5k

That will also require 1 satchel or 2 plastic explosives

And finally T3 Concrete HP Increased from 50k to 89.5k HP

Thast will require 3 satchels or 5 plastic explosives
