Tweaked the mod's code some more so that it's not only compatible with the game's base weather system, but also modded weather systems from mods such as Infinite Weather, Eternal Snow, and Cryogenic Winter.

Edited mod.info to reflect current mod name instead of old EternalDarkness mod name and modID
