- Updated to Stellaris 4.1

- Emergency fix regarding the Strike Cruiser, added (or re-added depending on the shipset) the ship entity file for Strike Cruisers due to the latest patch for NSC3.

Note: Strike cruisers will use the same ship models as normal cruisers until the Stellaris 4.1 update cycle when I would be able to change the ship lineups for each of my sets without the risk of breaking people's ongoing games.

- Added Long Range Scanner ported from Empire at War, this will replace the Observation Station model
- Added skins for the Orbital Arcology and Stellar Particle Accelerator from Gigastructures, this uses a port of the Kuat Ring model from Empire at War
- Added a skin for the Orbital Ring using the Kuat Ring model by Shiny_Man

Major Changes:

- The former Observation Station model will now be used as the set's Hyper Relay skin

Roster Changes:

- The Arquitens, Victory Frigate, Broadside and KDY Escort Carrier are now Destroyers instead of Cruisers (The KDY Escort Carrier and Victory Frigate will now be Edict Addon Destroyer options)
- The Vindicator, Immobilizer 418, Twin-Well Immobilizer and Gladiator are now Cruisers instead of Strike Cruisers (the Gladiator remains an Edict Addon option)
- The Tonn-Falk is now an Edict Addon option for the Cruiser rather than the Battlecruiser
- The Venator is now an Edict Addon Battleship option since NSC3 no longer uses models with the Battleship S4LHB section
- The Gozanti is now an Edict Addon Corvette option as it was formerly used as the Frigate
- The Customs Corvette is now a Edict Addon Corvette option instead of a Destroyer
- The Vigil Corvette is now an Edict Addon Destroyer option making way for other models that are being downgraded from Cruisers

Other Changes:

- Reduced the size of the Habitat models
- Added localisation files for all languages supported by Stellaris (though still all in English but at least the text shouldn't be broken now if playing in a different language)
- Removed the Strike Cruiser entity file and weapon meshes

New Models:

- Added a Coruscant texture by author Shiny_Man as this set's City Planet
- Added an Imperial Nebulon-B Frigate based off EC-Henry's concept by Sly442
- Added a hanger shield attachment for the Jovan Station model

Major Changes:

- Added the Edict Add-On option that adds a couple of additional ship sections, and hence ship models, to be unlocked via edict. This allows for all ship models in this mod to be used in the roster and opens up unlimited opportunities for future additions. As of right now, 6 unused models as well as 1 destroyer section, 1 strike cruiser section, 1 battlecruiser section, 2 battleship sections and 2 flagship sections are added to the ship designer when it is activated.
- Removed all vanilla exclusive invisible ship sections and additional model copies that were not used in this edition (but were for the vanilla edition). As stated in the vanilla edition's changes, this will basically allow for this version to be developed more independently.
- Removed the unused CR90 corvette model and CR90H model (and textures) as there are no plans to add these ships to the roster anytime soon, they are Rebel ships anyways
- Removed all the unused fighter models and their associated textures as I know that they will never have a use
- Added a localisation file for this mod as it is now needed
- Removed the disused ships reference read-me as there is no longer a use for it
- The Imperial Shipyard model has been reworked into a 3-Stage megastructure and is now used as this set's Mega Shipyard

Roster Changes:

- The new Imperial Nebulon-B replaces the Vigil as the Exploration Cruiser's appearance
- The Vigil will now be used as the Destroyer Bow M1S2 section replacing the Customs Escort which is now part of the Edict Add-Ons still as a Destroyer
- The KDY Escort Carrier will now be used as the Cruiser Mid S2HB replacing the Tonn-Falk which is now part of the Edict Add-Ons as a Battlecruiser
- The Acclamator will now be used as the Battlecruiser Bow M2 replacing the Gladiator which is now part of the Edict Add-Ons as a Strike Cruiser
- The Victory models have swapped places, the Victory I now uses the Battlecruiser Bow M1S2 and the Victory 2 now uses the Battlecruiser Bow L1
- The Battleship M4SHB now uses the Procursator Model
- The ISD I has been downgraded to use the Battleship Mid L2M2 section
- The ISD II has been downgraded to use the Battleship Mid L3 section
- The ISD Dominator and ISD Conquerer have also been downgraded to Battleships but those are now part of the Edict Add-Ons
- The Bellator replaces the Alligance as the Titan while the Alligiance replaces the former ISD line as the Dreadnought
- The Jovan Station has replaced the Imperial Shipyard as the Headquarters

- Explosion & Weapon locators have finally been added to the following ships as they are now in use:
* KDY Escort Carrier
* Acclamator
* Bellator
* Assertor
