- Fixed issue with Starter Planets. Now all starter planets are Large (Size 4) to allow all necessary Faction POIs to spawn.

- Added Rank 8: Familiar Voices to all specializations, along with Story Missions to go along with it. Uncover the fate of the UES Fukushima. (Part 1 only; Part 2 will be added in the coming weeks).

- Added several new "Claim Cores" intended to be placed and picked up repeatedly.

- Partial Implementation of Rank-Skill Bonuses: Exploration and Engineering Ranks grant bonuses to Warp Drive distances and specialization specific tools and weapons.

- Added Larger "Derelict" Capital Vessels that can be found and repaired. Located in asteroid fields, "empty" sectors, and possibly in solar orbits ("Warp Target")
