Update for the Great Negotiator DLC. Support for Julius Caesar will come soon.

-- Fixed issue causing the mod to not work for people who don't own NFP.
-- JOHN CURTAIN: Trade Route bonuses from trading with allies now double if Australia is in a Dark Age.
-- MVEMBA A NZINGA: Added +1 Amenity from Mbanzas and Theater Squares. Removed +1 Faith from all districts.
-- Added support for the Great Negotiators DLC (Abraham Lincoln, Nzinga Mbande, and Sultan Saladin).

- CANADA: Fixed bug causing +1 Gold bonus to Tundra/Snow not work

- MALI: Fixed typo in Mandekalu Cavalry description.
- SUMER: Fixed incorrect text in Civ ability description (Farms get +1 Science if adjacent to AQUEDUCTS, not city centers)

- Spain (Leader ability): Removed "Science from constructing buildings" bonus.
