Slightly nerfed Nzinga's Trade Route bonuses

JAPAN: Civ ability no longer gives Production and Culture Bomb from Fishing Boats. Instead, +1 Culture from Fishing Boats.

KHMER: Prasat now gives +2 Culture only instead of +2 Production as well.
Civ Trade Route bonus has been changed. Now gives +1 Science, Culture, Gold, and Faith for each Palace, Holy Site, Baray, and Wonder in the destination city.

OTTOMANS: Janissary is now the Civ unique unit, so it applies to both Suleiman personas. Barbary Corsair is now exclusive to the Suleiman (Kanuni) persona.
