Created new definition with only modified thrusters and moved modifications there from source files.

This has fixed the problem with the industrial assembler, should improve mod compatibility, file size and allow for updates to dlc packs without problems. Thanks to Harukonea for telling me that this is possible!

Reverted accidental change.

Fixed large-grid large ion and atmospheric thrusters having more power consumption than intended.

Fixed small-grid large industrial hydrogen thrusters not having increased fuel consumption.

Fixed bug where increased cost, integrity and mass didn't apply to dlc blocks.

Fixed bug where increased thrust didn't apply to dlc blocks.

Increased fuel efficiency value of large hydrogen thrusters from 0.22 to 0.24 so that it is based off of the thrust efficiency of previous large thrusters instead of small thrusters, making the change from vanilla to this mod easier. (There was a 10% difference before, which I had a complaint about).
