Gnoblar Underbellies are now available to King Bezer and Gnobbo.
(They are built from the Underbelly panel, similar to how Elspeth's black tower stuff works.)
Underbellies can be built in a neutral or friendly settlements.
(Underbellies can give you a share of that settlement's income, increase the owner's attitude towards you or just simply help your nearby armies with stuff.)
Gnoblars have their own resource buildings and army effects have been added to a number of them.
Increased income from buildings.
"Incite Rebellion" ritual now targets your underbellies instead of Ogre settlements.
Fixed a possible script break with the gnoblar invasion. (maybe)

Bragg doesn't have the Underbelly stuff, this will be checked post-Ogres getting their DLC stuff.
