So for many units I have changed MaxCharactersPerGroup=4 to 2. This might help reduce the amount of purge unit showing up in some games.

I slightly altered the FL of some of the early game units. So the purge heavy can only appear as a follower at FL4, and the default purge trooper can only appear as a follower at FL 2. there were other tweaks but to many to list.

Tier 1 purge cyborg has its chance to hit with justice reduced by 15%. Its melee attacks chance to set you on fire is now only a 50% chance, down from 100%. So pray the RNG works in your favor.

Tier 1 Purge python has had its tough scales perk weakened by about 10%. In addition its aim has been reduced by 5.
Tier 2 purge python has had its version of Tough scales buffed by 5%.
The executioner ability has been buffed to give 10% aim now instead of just 5%. Updated localization to also explain how the perk only affects the primary weapon.

Purge python has had its dodge reduced by 5 on veteran and higher for the tier 1 variant. The Tier 2 variant has had many of its stats buffed to make it more deadly.

Purge Cyborg and Puge python can only be followers on FL6-7. They can still appear as leaders on FL 5-6.

Added CharTemplate.bWeakAgainstTechLikeRobot = true; to the purge cyborg.
Buffed the melee hit chance of the Purge commando.
Cleaned up the localization a bit, removed old unused abilities.

Reduced spawn weight of Purge units on general missions, but increased spawn weight on lost related missions.
Tier 2 and 3 purge cyborgs have 2 less health on normal and above.

Tier 1 purge trooper has had their grenades damage reduced to 1-3. It was 2-4.
Purge Cyborg's SMG's crit damage has been reduced to 1 across the board.
Tried to reduce Spawn Weight for early game variants on some encounter lists.

Adjusted the Spawn rate of the Purge Cyborg. They should hopefully no longer spawn on FL 3 missions. Also added a sitrep to the Purge Unit.
