-Fixed the bug where the laser was remaining visible after closing the briefcase
-Added resolution as a configurable setting
-Made the creation of the settings file automatic (with a bunch of fancy checks for proper stuff)
-Added functionality for saving settings as part of the previous point (this is only backend but now all I need is the UI for it)
-Removed the settings file from the downloaded files to allow you to keep your settings between versions
-Refactored some stuff
-Added a tutorial file
-Probably something else I forgot

I should have posted the fix earlier but for some reason I felt the need to do a bunch of stuff in one update
