Using gmods retarded proximity (which took me waaaay too long to figure out) I managed to add the heartbeats monsters emmit when close in game!

Hiachi is a speedier, stealthier and louder monster, so her heartbeat range is 110 map units.
Shizu does NOT emmit heartbeat sounds in game, therefore she wont in gmod either! Have fun detecting her long range!
Biwaki and Kuriko, the hotel monsters, have a bunch of similarities, so they both share 90 map unit heartbeats.
