- Patch for Worse Searching

- Max times readable changed to 3 (from 10)
- Tweaked the stat changes to scale down faster.

- Support for Littering 3.0

- Books are now color (based on seed) so the colors should be consistent per title. (Working on getting 3D models to match.)
- Books can be re-read for diminishing returns. (Current system stores the 10 last times a book has been read, entries expire after 6 months.)
- Refactored alot of internal file structure. (If you have weird file match issues try deleting the mod's install directory before reinstalling.)

Removed coloring attempt / cleaned up some code.

Hotfix for unintended item names being impacted; also applies changes to books from before the mod was installed.

Made stacking only impact intended item types (books for now).

Fixes tooltip issues with skill recovery journal.
