Cleaned up some rubbish that shouldn't have been there left over from editing the class.

Added compatibility for RustyDios's unit flag extender so MZCombatScanner will now reveal loot if scanning is required

Altered Proficiency perk and squaddie perk. Scanning protocol has gon but still has combat scanner.

Now has Target definition at rank 3

No longer require ASTR.
