- Shrinkwrapped some hitboxes (Jab, Utilt, Uspecial projectile, some others that players probably won't even notice)
- Jab 1's endlag was increased, 12 -> 14 (doesn't affect cancel frame)
- Aerial Dspecial (when landing) now has 3 more frames of endlag, 18 -> 21

fixes:
= Fstrong active frames lowered, 3 -> 2 (missed this somehow when fixing his whifflag)

known bug:
it's been reported that sometimes the landing hitbox of uspecial doesn't activate? if this happens to you, please send a clip or replay to me!
